Check-In & Pickup

Check-in and pickup will take place at the main entrance of Building A , located beneath the church steeple. This will be the only entrance and exit used for VBS each evening.

Doors will open and check-in will begin at 5:45 PM. Our registration volunteers will be available to assist families with both drop-off and pickup throughout the week.

If someone other than the approved pickup contacts listed on your registration form will be picking up your child, please notify a registration volunteer during check-in so we can ensure a safe and smooth dismissal process.

VBS is open for children who have attended Pre-School through 5th grade.
Yes! VBS is completely free for all families.
Comfortable clothes and shoes are recommended since kids will participate in games and activities each night. We recommend tennis shoes for saftey and clothes that may get messey from crafts.
For the safety of every child, parents and guardians will use a secure check-in and pickup system each evening. Alternate pickup contacts may be added during the registration process or communicated to a registration volunteer at check-in when dropping off your child. Drop-off and pickup will take place at the main entrance of Building A, located beneath the church steeple. Please park in the main front parking lot, as the back lot will be reserved for volunteer entrance and operations.
Absolutely! Friends are always welcome at VBS. Please make sure each child is registered for VBS. If your child has a friend attending VBS, you can list their friends name on the registration form and we will do our best to make sure they end up in the same family group!
